This page is for Voxhorde, the game by XY Space Inc. for iPhone and Android. You can delete your account yourself in the game, or ask us to do it.
In the game
- Open Voxhorde and tap Options, then Account, then Delete account.
- Tap Delete account again to confirm. The account is permanently deleted and this can't be undone.
Ask us to delete it
If you can't open the game, send a request with the form at the bottom of this page, or email safety@voxhorde.com with your village name. We reply to confirm the account is yours, then delete it. If you can, use the email address on your Apple or Google account.
What is deleted
- Your account, your village name, your settlement, its buildings, resources, horde and research.
- Your raid history and replays, mini-game scores and your place on the leaderboards.
- Your sign-in links: Sign in with Apple and Game Center on iPhone; Sign in with Google and your Google Play Games player id on Android.
- Your push tokens, including your Firebase Cloud Messaging token on Android.
What we keep
- Purchase records, for as long as needed for accounting and to handle refunds and disputes.
- Daily totals that can't be traced back to you.
Deleting your account does not cancel anything with Apple or Google, and it does not refund purchases. Refunds go through Apple or Google Play. For the full list of what we collect, read the privacy policy.
