Something wrong in the wasteland? Here's how to get it sorted.
Include your village name. We reply within two business days.
Names are 3 to 20 characters and unique across the realm, ignoring capitals and spacing. Names that are hateful, sexual, profane, violent-extremist, about self-harm, or that pretend to be Voxhorde, Apple or staff are refused. You choose your name once when you found your village; it can't be changed later.
Open the settlement from the map or the leaderboard and tap the flag beside its name, then tap again to confirm. After three players report a name it is hidden until we review it. We rename villages that break the rules and tell their owner. You can also email us.
Open the Store and tap Restore purchases. If the gold still hasn't arrived, email us with the date of the purchase and the Apple receipt from your email, and we'll sort it out.
In the game, open Options, then Account, then Delete account, and tap again to confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your settlement, your raid history, your push tokens and your Game Center link. If you can't open the game, email us from the address on your Apple account and we'll delete it for you.
Open Options, then Notifications, or turn them off for Voxhorde in the iPhone Settings app. To keep raid alerts but stop news and events, switch off News and events in Options. News pushes are based on what you play and pause on their own if you ignore them.
