These terms are an agreement between you and XY Space Inc. about playing Voxhorde. By playing, you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
Your account
- You sign in with Game Center or Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple account secure; you're responsible for play on it.
- One settlement per account. You must be at least 13 to play.
- You can delete your account at any time from Options in the game.
Fair play
- Don't cheat: no modified clients, automation, exploiting bugs, or tampering with the game's traffic.
- Don't harass other players or use the game to spread hateful or sexual content.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and remove what they gained by breaking them.
Village names
Your village name is chosen once and is visible to everyone. It must follow the naming rules on our support page. We may rename or hide a village whose name breaks them.
Gold, purchases and ads
- Gold and everything bought with it are a limited licence to use virtual items in the game. They have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or refunded except where the law or Apple's refund process requires.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple.
- Rewards for watching ads are granted only for ads that Google confirms as completed.
The game changes
Voxhorde is a live game. We balance, add and remove features, and may reset seasons and leaderboards. We may also stop running the game; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the game.
Liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost virtual items beyond what you paid for them in the previous twelve months.
