Rot Garden: cost, levels and upgrades

The Rot Garden grows biomass for binding and hunting, and timber for building, in one plot.
What it does
A Rot Garden makes biomass and timber every hour. Biomass feeds the Binding Pit and hunting parties; timber goes into every building and gate.
Its paths lean one way or the other: fungal beds for more biomass or a timber grove for more timber at level 3, and a seed vault or blight farm at level 5.

Specialization paths
At levels 3 and 5 an upgrade asks you to pick one of two paths. The choice is permanent.

Tips
- If your horde is growing slowly, you're usually short on biomass before serum. A second Rot Garden fixes it.
- Pick Timber Grove if you're expanding and upgrading gates; pick Fungal Beds if you bind and hunt a lot.
- Blight Farm makes the most biomass but is loud. Pair it with a quiet village elsewhere.

How much does the Rot Garden cost in Voxhorde?
Building it costs 20 scrap, 25 timber and takes 2 min. The first upgrade, to level 2, costs 35 scrap, 45 timber and takes 4 min.
What is the Rot Garden's max level?
Level 10. Levels past 2 need island expansions: level 3 needs 2 and level 5 needs 3. Levels 6 to 10 also need a league reached at least once: Iron for 6, Steel for 7, Chrome for 8 and Warlord for 9 and 10.
